If it includes the home, then is one not responsible for the mortgage while the home is frozen?

Also, does it freeze my ability to use my credit cards?

It includes all assets (unless otherwise stated) which would therefore include vehicles and real estate. Since it is not a liabilities freeze, you would still be required to make payments.

Don't you think it would be wise to have this discussion with your lawyer?

It extends to all assets,that includes anything of value.

im not sure about the cards but im sure it would affect car and house get a lawyer
