my printer contains ink but it prints blank...help?!?

Why's that?? a white paper comes out though ink tank is full!

Try printing a test page. If that works, then there is something wrong with the software you're printing from.

If the test page only prints out say the color, but not the black or vise versa, then you have now isolated it to one of those two print heads.

Has the printer been sitting unused for more than a month or two? The print heads could be completely clogged.

If that's the case, you'll have to pull them out and clean them.

go into page setup/print and put a tick mark in print in color.
