Astrologically speaking, your friend is correct, although a Scorpio might be a bit intense for a Pisces. Aquarius (not aqarium...lol...fish live in those;)) is also a compatible sign.
Realistically speaking, any sign can get along and love another. I'm a Leo so that means that I should get along best with another fire sign, such as an Aries or a Sagittarius. Several years back, when I was dating a lot, I found myself choosing among an Aries, a Sagittarius and a Scorpio. I should have gotten along great with the first two, but the Aries was an abusive jerk and the Sagittarius was more into teenagers. (I'm not saying that all Aries are jerks or all Sagittarius are closet pedophiles, it was just these two.) But the Scorpio ended up being the most sensitive, caring and responsible man I ever met. I married him. Most astrologers will say, "Leo and Scorpio? Together? No way! One's fire and one's water! They'd be at each other's throats!" But we're one of the most compatible couples most people have ever seen.
The short of it is that you choose who you want. If you go well with someone, then choose him, no matter what sign he is. There are lots of people who swear by astrology. For me, it's a hobby. I like it a lot. But I don't live and die by it. Neither should you.

No.
An aquarium is a home for fish.
I think you mean an Aquarian (Aquarius).
And again I say no.
You should look for Cancer, Taurus, Virgo or Scorpio.

I'm Cancer and my sister(the 20 years old one) is Aquarium. When we were little we used to fight all the time. I don't know...things have really changed a lot since we grew up.
I don't really think that this sign thing is relevant anyway.

An aquarium would probably be a good idea.
For a mate, you might want to try posting in the singles & dating section.

If they are clawed frogs no fish will last long with them (they turn into tasty snacks) With dwarf frogs any tropical fish larger than the frog will do. Do not keep them with guppies, though. At night guppies rest on the bottom of the tank and the frogs will bite at them. I keep mine with a betta and all seems well. Just make sure to have a large enough tank to support the fish and frogs you intend to keep.
