Just about 69 miles. It's not exact because the earth is flattened slightly at the poles. Because of this the distance increases slightly as you get closer to the poles.

The earth is divided into 360 degrees. Each parallel is 60 nautical miles or Knots. A knot is 1.151 statute miles. 60 nautical miles is equal to 69.06 statute miles. Of course this only applies to latitudes as longitude taper from the equator to the poles. Hope it helps.

One degree latitude at equator=68.7 miles.
One degree latitude at poles=69.41 miles.
One degree longitude at equator=69.17 miles.
