yes, you can feel your cervix anytime, pregnant or not. Just have to put your fingers in rrreeeeeaaallllllyyyy far. But leave it to the professionals, it takes training and experience to know what you are feeling.

If you don't know what you are doing, I wouldn't reccomend trying to check your own cervix in your last trimester due to the fact that you may bumb things that shouldn't be bumped or introduce bacteria from your hands up into your uterus,which could be open. If you really are serious about it though you need to clean your hands VERY well. We are talking tons of antibacterial soap and water and if you have access to them, wear medical gloves. You insert your middle finger and your index finger and reach up as high as you can. The best position at this stage is to lay down on your back with your legs bowed out like a frog and your heels together. It might also help to prop up your bum with a pillow.
