That is not a healthy situation for you. You most definitely dont want to be with him he totally disrespects you and you dont deserve that. Yes it is probably best to have an officer there just in case. And she is a low down dirty women. Stay strong.

no go to your state attorneys office and get a restraining order for him to get served at work or whatever then he cant return to your home beat him to the jump.tell them hes violent and your in fear the police will tell him if he wants his things he will have to be escorted back to the house and be allowed 20 Min's to get his stuff and get out..hope his girlfriend has plan b

You do not need to catch them in anything, the fact that this is your home too and you do not want her in it gives you the right to have her out of there. Somehow I do not believe this story.
