If you mean watching the entire movie, I'm pretty sure there isn't a website out there yet that has it since it hasn't premiered yet. Chances are you'll have to wait till it comes out and I'm pretty sure someone will manage to sneak it on to the internet, course you can always watch it in theaters in a few weeks and enjoy it in all its splendor instead of some low quality pirated 2xNone window on the web.
In the mean time though, you can check out www.officialsaw.com. There you can find exclusive videos and photos of all 4 of the Saw films, and even win actual props and outfits from the Saw movies.

i dont think there is a Saw 4, iv only seen up to Saw 3. try alluc.org
