More advertisement. You could pass out flyers to residents, put an ad in the paper, put an ad in the phonebook, etc.

1. Talk to each of your clients. Make sure that they are happy with your service. Ask if they know anyone who might need your service. Leave them some brochures.
2. Go door to door asking for business.
3. Run an ad in the newspaper.
4. Put up notices at the laundramats, restaurants, Chamber of commerce,etc.
