My download speed is 120kbps No matter what i download or where i download it from it drops to 6kbps
So i opened up cmd typed in ipconfig -all
2 unauthorised mac addresses showed up
I believe there are 2 other devices connected to my secure wireless network.

I have a password on my wifi network but i do not know how to get these inturders off of my system.

Someone or something is sucking the speed out of my network.

What can i do to stop this?

Change the encryption key and reboot the router?

ipconfig /all will only give you the ip's on your computer.
The other addresses maybe your network card and a virtual connection. Either way both these devices are on your pc.
Whether there is a security breach on your router or not, you'll need to check by logging onto the router itself.

ipconfig /all is not showng you unauthorized mac addresses... it is shoing you your network card and your wifi card
and if you have any other configurations that use a connection.

I do not know who told you this or where you got the dea but you are WRONG... and are using terms INCORRECTLY.

If someone was connected to your wireless it would NOT SHOW HERE. If you suspect someone is connecting to your wireless, reset the password to something more secure and / or use a more secure encryption.

Perform a ping test on different sites and/or contact your ISP to see if they can test your router and/or if they are having issues in your area. You are probably trying to download something inappropriate from a site that has little t no bandwidth left from other people also downloading that file.. or you are having multiple downloads or someone from your inappropriate site is performing a denial of service on you.

Good luck.

ipconfig /all will show the MAC addresss of all network devices ON YOUR COMPUTER. It has nothing to do with any other devices and nothing t do with any other devices connected to your computer or your network. Assuming you have both an ethernet connection and built in wireless network, then each of these will show up with each one having a different MAC address. This will happen whether or not they are actively connected to a network.

How did you check your connection speed and download speed?

Hi. Yes. If you can, use the WPA encryption. Much harder to crack. Also change the router password. Your neighbors probably have that too.
