I'd be happy if people could just construct a normal sentence, even if the words were not spelled properly.
1. BTW is not a word.
2. Typo is slang for typographical error.
3. It should be "the typo (sic) in the above question"

I wish everybody did. I especially hate to see the shorthand developed for text messaging being used by people too lazy to spell out words in other forums. I ignore those type questions or replies.

Yes I do try..!!
I am dyslectic,, and a very poor speller ..
BUT,,, I have given up on punctuation,, and use any thing to emphasize the sentence..!
I am afraid of the new texting,, because we will loose true writing.. (like 2 can be to too two ??? ) sorry that is sad...
What ever happened to Voice recognition to text.???

Always, I feel that the use of mispelled words makes the questioner appear uncaring since spell check is available on most computers.
