thrift stores are great, so is Walmart! If you want to buy one online, here's a site I suggest, and a couple of short black dresses

Go to the thrift stores in your area...you can find one for under $10.00 I'm sure.

if its only for a halloween costume i would try your local good will or vintage stores. i have gotten cute things at jcpenney. we have a store called rave and they have stuff really cheap.

maybe u could take eyeliner and make it look like u had stitches on ur arm or chin.idk. hope i helped
