I found additional coupons on vegas4locals.com for facial and massage. Check it out! If you look further into the advertisers websites like http://www.esthetiquebygenavee.com/specials.htm you can find additional discounts which do make it cheap!!

If you want to go to a spa around strip I would recommend flamingo,Mandalay bay is also good. I personally think the foot and body massage in Las Vegas China Town is a great deal $38-40/hour for foot massage. I always go there.

Okay, near the strip - check out the Gold Coast Casino. Last time I checked, their rates seemed reasonable.
