No...that's the beauty of it. The two smartest characters on the show are the baby and the dog.

Yaah he can be herd by other charactors.....because in one episode Brian and Stewie were on stake out trying to find stuff on the mayor. They were in a motel room and herd all this noise and Stewie said has wearing a wire. The crooks herd him. When Peter took Stewie to Disney World they both understood each other. So yes they can hear him talk, they just pay attention to him.

We cant pick Stewie. . .I'm sad, but any way the fav character after him would have to be The evil monkey in Chris's closet LOL he's awesome (\ /) ( . .) c(") (")

No. His voice sounds like baby-talk to the rest of the family (except Brian). IIRC there was one episode where they let us 'hear' the baby-talk babblings.

I've watch many episodes of this particular show and,only Brian can hear him.

I have definitely watched one episode where Stewie answers his mom back really sarcastically and she talks back to him. Couldent tell you which one it was, but I do know that it happened.

yea only Brian can hear him except when he has those little visions of himself then everybody hears him
