That is the place where the managing editor of the paper gives his personal opinion of the main news story of the day. It isn`t necessarily the truth, Usually a full column long. Buy a newspaper, and look at the editorial page.

So, you find a newspaper, look at the front page for the index, and look for "editorials". Turn to that page, and you'll have your answer.
