What is the poet's message toward poetry in "How to Eat a Poem?" I get that it can be digested in every way possible, but I don't think I can write a page on that.

I'll say to you I never have,
Tried eating poetry.
Though many times I've had it shoved,
In places I can't see.
I'd like to think, when writing rhymes,
I am the very best.
But eating it would never do,
It's too hard to digest.
