NO NO NO.

First of all you have to be a member of a Federally Recognized Tribe or Nation.

Second, the members of the tribe or nation DO NOT get a check from the government. The tribe or nation does get some money from the government, but the amount of that money has been decreasing over the years. And most of it goes for things like health care, hospitals, schools etc, not the individual member of the tribe. Today we have casinos and the money from those goes to replace the money from the government. We are building hospitals, schools, health care centers, dialysis centers, housing, etc. Most members of a tribe or nation living on the reservation are still living below the poverty level.

Firstly we do not come in parts.
You either ARE or ARE NOT INDIAN.
It's not a job or a club you do part time.

Benefits depend on individual tribal assets. My people have Timber, Mineral, and Water rights. The US Govt and logging companies pay for what they take off our lands. We also have a very small casino, under 200 slots. We get a check from this quarterly, over a year maybe 2k in total, that's a good year.

As for enrollment, each tribe has it's own requirements. Some go by blood Quantum, ex. 1/4 is the cut off
Others go by ancestry ex you have to prove DIRECT lineage to a member on a roll book.

Heck no!, some (only some) tribes have a large enough revenue and small enough tribal population that monies generated from tourism, business investments and casinos can be divided among tribal members. These monies are generated and distributed by the tribe not the U.S. Government.
If you are an enrolled tribal member and suspect you are entitled to tribal dividends you will need to contact your tribal office.

If your an enrolled member of the tribe, usually meaning your at least 1/4 and can prove it, than yeah you are entitled to tribal revenue. i don't know so much about a monthly check for the government, i've never heard such a thing.
