To begin with, did it step on a vital spot, or just a foot? If it was a vital spot, you have no worries, you`re dead. If it wasn`t a vital spot, then move it off you, and call an ambulance. While you wait please return the elephant to it`s owner,as he is probably worried about it. You`re welcome.
