It just has one small hole and they don't make this model anymore and I don't believe any other brands make a similar playyard. It is the totblock that is 38"x38" instead of the very small pack 'n' play style.

Also it just seems like such a waste to toss it out!

Thanks

You could try fishing line... it is strong and stiches things up very well... fishing line comes in a variety of "widths" (sizes) so you'll want to get one that is strong enough, but not so thick that it won't secure as well, (they're harder to knot.)

I would suggest about a size 8 lb.

Obvoiusly, make sure it is secure enough that the little one can't untie it or pull it out somehow.

If you can't find the mesh, maybe the play pen is too old? I know that the ones they used to have (square) have been taken off the market b/c they were dangerous. If you have a new model, from within the last few years, I would check the website of the manufacturer. The new ones are not called playpens anymore, but they are travel beds....

If its not a huge hole, I wouldn't worry about it. If its one where your little one could get a limb stuck or something, I guess you could just stick some heavy duty tape on the outside so they can't take it off. Or try sewing on a peice of fabric by hand.

check the fabric store, they may have similar mesh fabric that you can sew a patch in with. Or just patch it with some canvas or denim.
