My doctor told me that my estrogen levels are high, and I need to loose 20-30 pounds so I can get pregnant and have less complications. What are some safe and quick ways to do that? Is Atkins safe before you are going to try to get pregnant? What about fat burner pills?

you don't need to spend ur money on diets this is all you have to do I was the same way.
Breakfast: ceral (fiber) raisen brand w/ skim milk 2%
Lunch: chicken salad, or chicken /steak with steamed veg.
Dinner: salad no dressing before 7pm
Snack: plain veggies or fruits don't mix ur fruits no suger fruit either

work out but no to much and u'll see ur weight melt off in a heart beat. hopefully this works and the next time u'll be saying ur pregno make sure u take ur prenatal vitm.

im not too sure about loosing weight before pregnancy but i was gaining too much while pregnant so my doc put me on a "diet"-no white starches (pasta, potatoes, rice, bread, etc.) I would focus on just eating healthy and exercising. i don't think you should take any pills or anything that might affect the baby if you do become pregnant and you want to make sure your body still has all the nutrients your baby will need. Remember, the first trimester is the most crucial!

Weight Watchers is great. They will give you a well rounded balanced diet that will also be healthy during pregnancy. They teach correct portion sizes and proper eating habits along with exercise. Not that you want to diet during pregnancy but getting the correct nutrition is always important to keep you healthy.

My best friend lost 20lbs using weight watchers and got pregnant the month after hitting her 20lb mark.

Good luck, give it a try.

weight watchers or Jenny craig. Don't try any fads or pills, you may end up doing more damage than good. Sensible weight loss is the best way to go to make sure your body is ready for a healthy pregnancy.
