I am bi so I feel I can go here.....
first, the eyes....the eyes are the windows to the soul they say and the eyes do not lie...I believe that.
Second: I really like nice, full lips that are a nice natural color or with lipstick, more of an earthly shade instead of bright red
Third: The way she carries herself as far as confidence, personality, and presentation.

This is just initial attraction and superficial qualities. If I'm actually going to spend time with a woman (just like anyone) they need to be intelligent and preferably have a good sense of humor.
