y = (x+2)(2x+1)^2
then , y' = (2x+1)^2 + 4(2x+1)(x+2)

What do you mean by derive? It looks like a multiplication of three linear terms. The (2x-1)^2 terms become 4x^2-4x+1, and this is multiplied by x+2 using the rules of multiplication (each term of the quadratic is multiplied by x and then each term of the quadratic is multiplied by 2, and like-exponent terms are added together.
