Personally I think they are incredibly overrated, I'm not trying to be negative, they had a few good songs and Detroit Rock City was amazing but people seem to really, really like them and I can only name a few possitive things they have done.

overrated?? please if you have never been toa kiss concert then you are missing the best stage preformace a band could give. ive been to over 100 concerts and when kiss came to columbus with aerosmith was the best concert ive ever seen. 1/2 the people left after kiss was done. i mean aerosmith is a killer band also just not as enjoyable to watch live.

They were written off as a fad in the 70's, disappeared from the mainstream in the 80's, made a strong comeback in the late 80's - 90's, and would sell out arenas in minutes if they went on tour. I like them....simple but loud.

Honestly I love them, maybe because I was raised (and Brainwashed) to love them, but out of any band anywhere (and I HATE this term!!!!) they have sold out..... they will put their logo on anything, if Gene Simmons thought he could, he would try to sell his own sh*t, literally.
I love them though.

i luv the movie detrot rock city where that four guys try to get tickets to a kiss concert
and they r pretty good

They're all right but not one of my favorites. I like some of their songs but some others are way overplayed. I'm sick to death of hearing "Rock & Roll All Nite".
