Typical Republican...get caught doing something stupid, illegal or gay and give a phony apology. Then turn around and try to find a shifty way out of it. Because he's a Republican he'll probably get away with it after all just like "Scooter" "Rove" "Cheney" "Rush" and LOTS of others!

Why is this a good laugh at the Republicans' expense? This is a tragic joke on the American people.
Craig's guilty plea still stands...and yet he vows to retain his seat in Congress.
We have far too many representatives in Congress who are pedophiles; alcoholics; wife beaters; scam artists; lawyers; sex offenders; liars; adulterers; cross dressers; drug addicts; prescription pill poppers; check bouncers and rapists. It's time to dump all of them.
The 'joke' is on the American people because we believe them to be 'honorable' individuals instead of the cretins they really are. -RKO- 10/04/07

One could sit behind the computer all day and find both party representatives impeached, arrested, or otherwise.
How is this a "good laugh" at the Republicans? I vote conservative yet when seeing a qualified democrat...he/she gets my vote!
The problem I see with political issues is that too many people think it's Democrat or Republican only...no middle ground...and that's just stupid.

good one, guy.
i hear all the pigs squealing, but when a question like "how many libs does it take to hammer a square peg in a round hole?," gets posted the cons line up to take a shot at cheffy d's masterpiece.
what goes around, comes around. can't have it both ways. the laugh is on the people who voted for craig. and that lawyer.....how could he keep a straight face arguing that case? oh yeah, what is his party affiliation?

Yeah, good thing he's not serving in Congress after killing anyone. I'd hate to see that happen.
