i'm deaf in my left ear so i use that ear...ahahaha perfect so i dont have to listen to my boss yap on like a barking scruffy dowg

the tighter of the two....just so it doesnt slip out...
I do like to push it in a far as it can go and then just relax and let it slowly fall out till it stays in of its own accord occassionaly just pushing it back in with my fingers till it fits back in again.
