Oh lighten up people, it's only a toy.
basically a voodoo doll would be the most simple design you could think of. It shouldn't even be symmetrical. You could just knit a big flat piece, then felt it

Please re consider your motivations. Whatever you send out will and does come back at yourself and by a multple of 3 or 9 depending upon who you care to believe. voodoo requires that you get a piece of the person too, so personally--I would not do that--even in fun.
Do something nice and make a teddy bear!
