While I a gree with the C4 (excellent move), I'll say two others: the spinelock and the choke hold.
A choke hold is something that has been used by almost every wrestler at a time. But when you look at it, how many moves have appeared in wrestling, MMA, various martial arts, and even a movie or two? Not to mention, it is a move that, if done perfectly, can take out an opponent without problem.
The reason I say spinelock, or Boston Crab, is because it is a powerful move. If done properly, you could actually break someone's back with a spinelock. Yet this move, like the chokehold, has been used by a variety of wrestlers.

The sleeper hold or rear naked choke is obviously the most underrated move. The spine-buster is also very underrated, as people have mentioned- if pulled off quickly, the opponent would realistically have no time to tuck his chin in and would be knocked unconscious.
But the piledriver is the single most underrated finisher. After being dropped on your head like that, you shouldn't be walking, let alone be kicking out at two.

1- The spine buster. Its a common move now, but when Arn Anderson used it, he planted people into the mat and got the win.
2-The figure four- Being an MMA fighter I always believed in the science of holds and discredited alot of WWE holds .This one I think the worse. I always made fun of it because to me it looked fake. I swore up and down that it probably didnt hurt. Then hollywood found out the hard way that is not the case at all.

C-4.
Commonly performed by Paul Burchill.
This move is easily the most under-rated move, It takes a great deal of athletic ability to pull off.
Its basically a Back flipping Rock Bottom.

Must you ask. It's the F.U. Everyone thinks John Cena is some sort of hero, but he isn't and he thinks he is so cool doing his little five knuckle shuffle...and then the F.U. Come on get a new move.

In terms of realism, Samoa Joe's Rear Naked Choke.
In real life, this hold can mess you up within seconds of applying it, and kill you within minutes. It's easy to apply and used to real life MMA bouts where people tap within tenths of a second of getting locked into the hold. If I were to choose one submission finisher to legitimately mess up my opponent, it'd be the rear naked choke.
