Okay so today I was in the shower and had the water on really hot. After a few minutes it was kind of hard to breathe so I turned down the temp and was trying to finish quickly, but then I started to feel dizzy. At one point I felt so dizzy that I had to grab the wall to steady myself. Finally I knew I couldn't stay in there any longer or I was gonna pass out so I gave up on finishing and got out. I had to sit straight down on the floor to keep from passing out. I also felt so nauseous at this point that I even got that gross watery mouth thing you get before you puke. I finally got up and sat on the toilet instead, but didn't feel any better and waited a little longer before finally standing and grabbing a towel and heading to my room where I pretty much threw myself on the bed to keep from fainting. Any ideas why?

Do you eat well? You might have had a low blood pressure, or high, also your sugar level. If it really was that bad then you should go to the doctor, there are various reasons why you might have felt like that.

Your blood sugar may have been low. If you did not have a high protein snack before you went to bed your blood sugar may have went to low.

These are symptoms of heat exhaustion - you probably over-heated.
