I am wanting to do a science project on producing biogas (methane) using anaerobic digestion of wastewater on a laboratory scale.

.) What materials would I need to do a small-scale version of this process in the laboratory?

.) Are there any specific temperature requirements?

.) What other environmental conditions are necessary?

.) Can you get a reasonable yield using a sample of wastewater with algae and other bacteria present in the wastewater sample?

.) Any insight as to how this experiment should be set up?
