I have a huge credit card bill that belongs to my mother. I need to get a loan now to pay it off and then repay it on time to get my credit established, any suggestions, my credit is very bad and obviously this is making it very difficult

I'm not sure I understand. Is this your bill or your mother's bill. if it is in her name, it will not hit your credit report even if you have told her you will pay it back.
