What are you talking about?

I think it's more like the Republicans to not think more than 5 minutes ahead.

But both parties are wrong. I don't like politicians generally.

Though I have to say that I am very impressed with Dennis Kucinich and Deval Patrick.

Dennis Kucinich was years ahead in OH when he stood strong against the banks and the utilities company. Your argument is totally false with this evidence alone. He is a registered Democrat.

Maybe you should have asked a better question.

I don't think people appreciate the the trouble the democrats have with the very rich and powerful Republicans. That has a lot to do with why our social problems are not better than they are. The Republicans prefer no solution to any solution at all.
It's their strategy. Make people think that government is incapable of a role in the lives of people. It is false. The government is supposed to be for the people by the people. It is supposed to be objective and fair to all. It is so far removed from this purpose and it is the fault to the Republicans largely.

At least Democrats have the ability to think. Repubs have yet to show that ability at all. Repubs are not allowed to think beyond their neo-con programming.

Who's says they think, everything is a knee-jerk reaction for them. Its all based on the emotion of the moment. Oh and to one of the other answerers, Who got us into WWII, Korea, and Vietnam? It seems to me both parties are pretty good at getting us into war.

Feelings don't work more than 5 minutes ahead, and what libs do is based almost entirely on feelings...actually thinking about actions and consequences just confuses them.
