I would sugjest to the Rush bashers, take some time away from your mind set of hate, and read the transcipts. Really who is being foolish here. The phony soldier was proven to be a phony soldier, never was in Iraq, left the millitary after only 44 days. Your hate is your ignorance.

I don't know. I do know that Congress has a workload that's not getting done. He could spend his time a little more wisely and do what the taxpayers pay him to do.
Rush will not lower himself to Reid's level. However, he will not let it slide either. He knows it is in retaliation of the ad against an officer known as 4 Star General Petraeus. This man has an outstanding career in the service of his country. He will stand on his own merit.
Rush will pick Reid and Harkin apart on any matters he finds where they are not straight with their constituents. We will be in Iraq for some time, Reid and Harkin and others of their ilk are not helping matters over there either.
Reid is already being slammed by other members of his party, as well as Republicans.

The audio from Rushs program, not Limbaugh edited version but the real version, is the only proof Reid needs. On what grounds would Rush sue Reid on? Rush needs to offer his apology to all US service men and women and both sides need to move on to more important things.

Its pointless to sue for slander is Reid is telling the truth.
The truth is a valid defense.
Its as much of a witch hunt as the resolution against Moveong.org. And the same war was on then.
