Yes! You should have your baby checked right away. Perhaps its an esophigus problem. The flap isn't closing to hold the fluid down. If they aren't getting the milk they aren't getting the nutrician if its coming back up.

Hi my son is now 3 months old and was projectile vomiting everyday and I finally went to the doctor and had them do an ultra sound thinking maybe reflux but when I got there they said since he is my first boy (which any baby can get it just most common in first boys) they are checking him for pyloric stenosis. So, if your son is doing the same you need to have him checked because if that is what he has he will have to have surgery or he will start losing weight and won't gain till after he has the surgery done. My son had it and I was scared to death but honestly it is just a very small surgery that prob won't even leave a scar and if it's not pyloric stenosis then you may want to have him checked for reflux as well.

What you're describing sounds a little bit like the symptoms of "reflux", a condition where the muscle that closes the stomach off from the throat doesn't close all the way. Therefore, when the stomach starts to churn the milk the baby just drank, it all comes back up and out. Please talk to your baby's doctor right away; babies need to be able to digest their food in order to stay healthy and gain weight.
