Do you mean vomiting? Sometimes babies that vomit with sufficient force that it spews forcefully out of their mouth. This is called projectile vomiting and can be very serious in little guys like yours. It can be caused by something called a pyloric stenosis which is a narrowing of the pyloric sphincter that obstructs the exit point of the stomacht hat allows food to enter the intestine. This is a congenital defect that is easily remedied witha simple surgical proceedure. Is your child a boy? This is more common in males and your pediatrician would be able to feel a little knot in your babies abdomen. It may also be as simple as overfeeding but at 3 months , I would definately make an appointment to have him examined.

Like a pump?
Do you mean that as fast as it goes in it comes out?
Also, what shape is it in? Is it firm or just watery?
If it is very watery, it may be that the food he is eating is not digestable by him or it could be some other digestive problem. Be sure to hydrate him in this case. Use Pedialite or something like it instead of just water or more milk to re-hydrate him as he will need replinished electrolites too.

If you suspect anything wrong with your son, do not waste time here, go see the doctor. It is better to be over reactive in this period of his life than non-reactive.

Omitting? Do you mean bowel movement?

As long as he continues to gain weight it shouldn't be a problem. and it might be something you want to talk with his pediatrician at his next well baby check up.
