Maybe you shouldn't be having sex in the first place, if it makes you feel sick. You could have a physical problem, though, and I'd get this checked by a doctor.

You might just have nerves or you could be having a reaction to the sperm or condom or something like that. I always felt scik for a little while after but then i realized after a bad reaction that it was probalaly because i am alergic to laytex. Try non laytex condoms.

Maybe it is the person you are having to face during sex. Try sex with someone different & see how you feel.
