Let's see... A good age to be called ma'am, huh? Let me think, now... O.K., got it... How 'bout... ninty-nine! Yes. Ninty-nine is good. Figure, by that time, I won't be able to hear 'em, anyway.... so they can "ma'am" all they want. (I still won't answer them, though.) HOWEVER... until then, they can SAY it, but they won't get AWAY with it... Nope. Matter of fact, the last time it happened to me, I smiled sweetly at the guy speaking and said: "Ma'am??? Look, sweetie.... I'm gonna turn around real slow.... and, there better be someone standing behind me that you're addressing.... or, one of us is going to be soooo sorry!" He laughed, promised never to say THAT again, and (just for the record) came back a while later to ask if I was married. Go figure. (True story.... last year.... Christmas shopping at a Best Buy.) So, are you old? No way, Princess. I won't allow it..... until you're ninty-nine, that is.

Im 30 and 9 times out of 10 I get called ma'am, I don't like it but I wouldn't say I hate it. (Fyi I actually look around 24 or 25) I think it has to do with how you carry yourself, how formal or professional you are.

What the? What the **** are you doing getting plastice surgery? Ageing is beautiful. Just let it take its course. Do you want to look like Micheal Jackson? Do you want too look like Jackie Stallons mom? People call you sir because you are a MAN. Not because you look old! Go to the club, have fun, get girls, enjoy yourself. Looks aren't everything you know! Stop concentrating on looks. What wrong with looking your age? 26 isn't even old? I think you need to go back to college and take Citizenship. You know NOTHING about the real world. Everything is handed to you on a silver platter. Quit the stupid plastic surgery and think about all the money your wasting on it. There are peple with tumors on there face. Horrible burns. and life changing dieseases! I'm 13 and I know more common sense than you.

It depends on the person saying the title not on the person the title is inflicted on. Don't feel bad I've been getting some ma'am's since I was like 14-16.

i use the term Ma'am, Princess, as a form of politeness, not as an insult, but it is not used often in Australia that i have heard

Hi Andy, I think it depends in what country you are in. I believe ma'am is how the British say it. In USA they say both.
So don't worry about your age.
Lol

How old would you be if you didn't know how old you were? You have a youthful heart, and that's all that matters in the end. peace
