I'm a doctor in Egypt like elsewhere there are hospitals that are more specialized in a category more then other,
i need to know first what your symptom and complain is,
u may only need to go to out patient clinic,
hope Ur health is fine,one u tell me which organ is involved then i can tell u where to go,and if u needed any further medical assistance i would love 2 help.

I have Egyptian doctors in my family that are world class, the best in their fields, one of my sister in laws started studying medicine in her early teens because she is super good mashallah, Allah Akbar, she helped to save the lives of so many by the sheer gift of Allah SWT. I done operations in Egypt and they are clean and professional. my husband will travel to Egypt in two weeks to take an operation performed by his uncle who is called all over the world to do operations.
Some of the best doctors to in the world that are staying outside of Egypt are the best in their fields.
If you ever lived with anyone that studied medicine you will know how hard do they study, many do this in Egypt to save lives, for hardly any salary!
Maybe you had experinces that are bad but my daughter came out well alhamdulilah due to the fact i went to the doctors and found my doctor here is Egyptian and he really cared for us.

if you live in Giza or close to it, DAR AL FUAD Hospital would be best.
if you live in Heliopolis or close to it , THE INTERNATIONAL MEDICAL CENTRE would be best.
i hope you wont need any hospitalization.
