Contact your bank and let them know they have a security problem.

Then look for a bank with better online security and change banks.

By the way, which bank is this?

You should never, ever contact the bank first.

This kind of programming lapse is an egregious error that the bank will be quite happy to pretend never happened if you contact them first.

1. Take several screenshots of the behavior and print them out. Please scratch out parts of the card numbers on the right side before sending anything anywhere. Contact me if you need help doing this.

2. Report the offender to the Federal Reserve. http://www.federalreserve.gov/pubs/complaints/

3, Then contact the bank and let them know the Federal Reserve has been notified.

The key is to have the Federal Reserve be keenly aware of how poorly this bank is operating. This kind of lazy behavior is what leads to the regular, massive identity theft cases.

The Federal Reserve needs to be made aware of it. You should also send copies of the information to the banking and finance subcommittes in the House and Senate.

Please post the name of the bank. I want to steer clear of them.

I would report it to your bank right away. If you can view their information, chances are someone else is viewing yours and if its someone unscrupulous they may be able to use your account information to make purchases--not good.
