Whats a way that i could get the word out about my halloween party.
Also do u have any ideas about food/drink ,any cheap alcohol or decoratration ideas.

Some party ideas at source. My favorite cheap decoration is the crime scene: If you want a great effect for a few pennies try this. Using chalk, draw figures in your driveway that look like the figures drawn by police in a crime accident. You can have a friend or relative draw around you while you pose as the victim. You can purchase crime scene tape like that above at party stores.

Getting the word out by talking up your costume, and asking people about theirs.
Decorations are easy, scarecrow with old clothes stuffed with newspaper, switch the lightbulbs for the colored ones, cheap web (use spider rings as spiders). I've found a bunch of ideas just by trying different google searches.
