Here are some codes I got out of it:
P0707 = Transmission Range Sensor Circuit Low Input
P0430 = Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank no. 2 )
P0732 = Gear no. 2 Incorrect Ratio
P0733 = Gear no. 3 Incorrect Ratio
P0741 = Torque Converter Clutch Circuit Performance or Stuck Off
The P0430 code is probably unrelated to the transmission problem. Any suggestions? Is this electrical? Does the trans even need to be dropped? Please no suggestions that involve "bring it to a mechanic." I am looking for details on how to solve the problem myself. I have above average knowledge on auto repair and will do the necessary repairs myself. Just was wondering if anyone has had this problem before, and also what they did to solve it. Thanks in advance for any help. :)

Car drives fine besides from occasionally not going into the next gear. I can still drive it in current condition. However, sometimes it takes a few seconds for the trans to "catch" into the next gear. And these error codes should be fresh codes. I can reset the codes with the scanner, but i think these same codes will come back.

everything seems to point to the torque converter at this point. however, how would the P0707 error have any affect on the torque converter? do i need a new range sensor? or is this error just showing up with due to the torque? which should be repaired first incase this is a domino effect
