I need a new diaper bag but i'd like to make my own. I have a toddler now so it needs to be something simple just for diapers, wipes, my wallet and her sippy cup. Can any one give me a good easy to sew patteren? Pretty please :D

Honestly, I'd get a sling, a mei tai, and a stroller/pram. My son spent a lot of his newborn time in a sling. It's very practical for nursing in the beginning as newborns want to nurse almost constantly, but they aren't very good at it yet and often unlatch. Now he is either in a mei tai or wrap a lot. Both of these are convenient because they can be worn on the front or the back and an older baby can still nurse in it. But honestly, if we're at the zoo or doing major shopping or something and we need a diaper bag, it's nice to have somewhere to put that. If my husband isn't with us, I usually take the stroller along so that I can put the bag(s) in there. And it's a convenient place to feed solids to an older baby and sometimes, my son actually prefers it in there because he's trying out his new found independence. So, short answer, I'd say 2-3 types of carriers and a stroller. But if you're going to get/make one thing, I'd use a sling.

I never used a diaper bag for either of the kids.
I have a Jansport backpack that I used for both.
Still have it :)
