When is a Pay check required to be post marked by?

How long after the payday should I wait to mail a paycheck (they're supposed to come pick them up). Is there a New Hampshire law?

Here in Hawaii, not all, states check must be cashed NLT 60 to 90 days from date of issue: payroll check...LOL...

Perhaps you should set up a rule that if they don't come pick up the check within specific time, that you'll mail them.

Personally, if the employees were suppose to come pick up their paychecks, I'd let the checks sit there until they did come pick them up. I'd only mail a check if the person specifically called and requested the check be mailed.
