I just tracked my order at the USPS website and the status says "arrived at unit" today, at 4:31am, in my city. Does this mean it will be delivered today or tomorrow?

It means it's at the site that delivers your mail and depending
on class of mail could very well be delivered tomorrow. If
you're overly concerned I'd suggest you call that unit and
find out when it's going to be delivered (call before the carrier is loaded up and ready to leave on the route).
