I think Bonaduce had every right to do what he did. What would you have done to stop someone that was humping you, uninvited, on national television, or anywhere in public in fact?? WAY TO GO!! BONADUCE!

You need to watch it again. Fairplay was not "humping" bonaduce in any way. Of course he jumped on him and from the video, no harm was intended. Bonaduce was actually holding him up, which he didn't need to do. Then Bonaduce flipped him over. He's lucky Fairply didn't suffer any more injuries. He could have been charged with manslaughter if Fairplay landed on his head and died.

Bonaduce was wrong. Bonaduce is obviously a freak who has anger issues. Although Fairplay is an idiot, he clearly was just fooling around. Bonaduce meant to harm Fairplay by flipping him over his head. Also, Bonaduce started the whole thing by coming up the the microphone and trying to make Fairplay feel stupid by telling him everyone hates him and that's why the crowd was booing. Bonaduce is a total psycho who obviously has anger issues and has run into violence in the past. I'm sure he's probably on drugs or something. And, he showed NO concern at all for Fairplay even after it was clear Fairplay was injured. That is in very poor taste..especially since it happened on stage at an awards show.

I think Bonaduces behavior was out of hand but understandable. But if Johny had suffered serious brain injury got paralised from that fall then Danny would be facing serious problmes. So for that I say Danny is in the wrong.
But Johnny had to be high on a lot of coke to try a stunt like that,,,,ON BONADUCE OF ALL PEOPLE. Fairplay is an idiot but hes a harmless one and any judge will see that.
What Bonaduce should have done was to have waited for Johnny to get off him. AT THAT MOMENT HE SHOULD HAVE PROCEEDED WITH A STIFF SOLID KNUCKLE SANDWICH .
If i were a judge seeing Danny punching Johhny then i would be more sympathetic

Bonaduce is the guy who beat the crap out of some transsexual who flirted with him. Plus, from his reality show, you can tell he has anger issues.
Therefore, someone would have to be a COMPLETE moron to jump on him and start humping. Apparently Fairplay is just that type of moron.
And how could the police arrest Bonaduce? Even Judge Judy says it's all about who put their hands on who first. But for his stupid prank, Fairplay would not have been injured!

Fairplay was receiving an award and Bonaduce walked up from the audience and butted in. Nonetheless, I go by first contact, and to be honest jumping up onto Bonaduce was wrong. Whether he meant to knok Bonaduce off his feet, or is just immature, or he's an insult to homosexuals, or he was trying to get his jing on I don't know. Other than removing Johnny, it seems ok what Bonaduce did. I think Johnny statred it. I can't tell if bonaduce could have just dropped up but it looks like Johnny had his arms around is neck.
But, go ahead and try it and see. Walk up to someone who doesn't like you and jump on them, grab their neck, and start gyrating. Try it at work with your boss when he tells you people hate you; or with a cop who's giving you a ticket. Or try it on a Mom, or single woman....yeah go to a college and jump up on a woman and start faking it like you're having sex and see what happens. Johnny committed an assault, and shoudl be prosecuted as a sexual offender.

Bonaduce was correct for tossing that goof. The truth is right there on video. Fairplay sexually assaulted Bonaduce.

Ooh, I have to go read up on that; didn't hear anything about it. But anytime it would be Bonaduce vs Fairplay, I would choose Bonaduce.

I agree. Johnny Dick Head is lucky that Danny didn't do more than just toss him over his head. The guy is into martial arts, he could have REALLY stomped the jerk a new one.
If they really did charge Bonaduce in this, all he has to do is show them the tape of what happened. Looks to me like he might have been a rape victim.

Agreed - plus ever since Jon Dalton used that Grandmother trick on Survivor, I was hoping karma would catch up with him.
