Which would be the easiest to heal??

I have experienced both..And, for me the bruises faded,the wounds healed.
But, the bruises on my heart will never go away....

They are both BAD. Physical heals faster though. The scars of mental abuse never totally go away. I KNOW!

I would say, physical, but both are hard to heal. Mentally, I would say would require more time to heal, and even then some never recover. Scars are not always physical.

Physical would be easier and quicker. Mental abuse may never heal.

Physical, I rescue abused dog's. They heal up physically, but some always have a flinch or two when try to pet them.

physical.... mental abuse leaves scars that can't be seen and could be lifelong
