Brian isn't racist. Brian is a dog and most dogs bark at black people. A black friend of mine thinks that it's because Black people look threatening to dogs since dogs see in black and white.

It always cracks me up that the dog's name is Brian. Anyway, maybe he just likes Cleveland since he is Peter's friend.
