Iam sure it was in the Guinness world records and it was stated that 'I Don't Want You back' by Eamon (Released in 2004) had the most expletives at the time.

i know that my band by D12 has a lot... there may be more in another song that i don't know about. check google and you can probably get a more definite answer than i can give you.
