It's set in a futuristic house. When you walk in a room, the light turns on. There's a Mother and Father and 2 children. The children sit all day in a room, watching the wall that has, what seems like a movie projection of lions on it. The lions are walking around and hanging out. It's just like watching a nature show or something. Everyone says how real they look and then one day they find a bloody wallet in there and then later you realize that the lions are real. WHAT IS THIS MOVIE????

Snuggles is right---you're most likely remembering one of the stories from the 1969 film, "The Illustrated Man", starring Rod Steiger and Claire Bloom, based on stories from Ray Bradbury's book of the same name. The story you're remembering is titled "The Veldt", about an interactive nursery that becomes a little too interactive. Although released on videotape and laserdisc, a DVD release hasn't happened that I'm aware of.

This movie is indeed "The Illustrated Man" made in 1969 by director Jack Smight. It was based on the stories of Ray Bradbury. The movie is about a man covered in tattoos and is trying to find the woman who drew the tattoos on him. Each tattoo tells a different story. The story you're talking about is one of those depicted on one of his tattoos. There are actual talks about making a remake of this movie sometime in 2010.

Yeah, I think _The Illustrated Man_ is right. I haven't seen it for years, but it's a Ray Bradbury adaptaion of his novel. It's an excellent book.

If you remember a quote from that movie, try to google the quote in quotation marks and add the word movie, like this:

"help is on the way" "memorable quotes" ---> this should bring up the movie IF the quote was recorded onto imdb.com. Another way is to search in a certain genre on Amazon.com's movie categories.

Uhhh I'm not sure but it sounds like it was based on something written by Ray Bradbury.
You know it may be a twilight zone episode.
