I'm grilling this weekend and want something a little different.

Besides the usual (steak, chicken, burgers, sausage, etc.), I like to mix it up with vegetables and the ocassional recipe of speedies.

Corn – cut off the furry end, soak in water and cook on the grill, still in the husk. Best corn you'll ever have.

Potatos – Microwave for a couple of minutes to sofen. Stab with fork a few times. Wrap in foil and throw them on the grill. Done when soft.

Vegetables – I have a veggy grill pan I throw everything (carrots, onions, peppers, etc) into with seasoning and let the grill do the rest of the work.

cook something different?

then why don't you cook something you don't cook there, like lasagna, pizza

could be done if you use a pan or some sort of flat surface (over the grills)

Bacon wrapped filet mignon. Spread about 3 different types of garlic on there, and you got yourself a winner!

I prefer steak...medium rare...and some shrimp...Yum-o!

chicken breast that were marinated in lemon pepper dressing. its delicous!
