"This is for all my "Chocolate" must have answers:

CHOCO-HOLICS

6 STEP PROGRAM

1) We admitted we were powerless over chocolate-that our thighs have become unmanageable.

2) Came to believe that a power greater then ourselves could restore us back to our high school form.

3) Made a decision to turn our thighs and our hips over to the care of a "weight loss program" as we understood it.

4) Made a searching and fearless inventory or our house for hidden chocolate.

5) Admitted to the "Weight Loss Counselor", to ourselves and another human being the exact amount of chocolate eaten per day.

6) Having had a "weight loss" awakening as the result of these steps, we will try to carry this message to other "Choco-Holics" and to practice these principles in all our affairs.

Coffee is a must, no doubt. I have intermittent craving for chocolate so it's not so bad. And I am a nicotine junky!

I have one cup of coffee every morning and have never really liked chocolate all that much. Now, stick a bowl of banana pudding in front of me and you got a fight on your hands if you touch that bowl! grrrr! (and my wife makes the absolute best ever!) I should add also that I too use a 6 step program regarding banana pudding, but mine is; STAY 6 STEPS AWAY FROM THE BOWL while I'm eating it!

I need coffee and breakfast everyday whether I'm grabbing a granola bar on the run or sitting down for some pancakes. I also need at least one hug everyday ;)

Coffee seems to be a must.
Chocolate is really really good, if I don't over-do it.

Good cheer from friends is also a must.
(good cheer, meaning happy thoughts, may God bless, etc.).
Hope is important every day. Yep. Hope is important, too.

A hug would be nice.

It becomes a habit.
Creeps up and takes over you. Get addicted.
If you want to, break that habit. By not taking it on a regular basis.
