If you need to ask people on here what to talk to him about... then erm... i wouldnt bother!!

If he's a good one, you should be able to talk to him about anything!
If you're wanting topics for conversation, try things he is interested in. Is he into sports? Cars? Music? Whatever gets his blood pumping is a good starter.
Major topics to avoid (unless you like to see him slack-jawed, with his eyes glazed over): shopping, anything related to clothes, fashion, or beauty. Latest trends in anything. The number one offender: Ex b/fs! He does not want to hear what was so great, or so terrible, about your last b/f, ever!
Do not put yourself down! If you weigh 100 pounds, and whine about being "fat," he's going to wonder what's wrong with you. If you constantly, or even occasionally, say you're ugly, your hair's frizzy, your nose is too big, your boobs are too small, whatever, he might eventually wonder why he's with you, and go look for someone else!
Just gear your conversation towards things he likes, stay away from things he doesn't, and you'll be fine! If you don't yet know what he likes, ask him! That's an excellent conversation starter. Guys love to talk about the things they are into.
Be willing to play a little rough, or get a little dirty. If he wants you to help him re-enact that great pass from Sunday's football game, go for it! He won't (intentionally) hurt you. What could be better than a g/f who likes to throw a ball around with him? Maybe one who will watch the game with him and root for his team!
If he wants to show you the latest modification to his car's engine, get under the hood with him. Nothing will get a guy more enthralled than a girl who is willing to get dirty. If you don't know anything, that's okay, he'll be happy to teach you. Just be sure to pay attention!
Being a great, exciting g/f is basically role-playing. Nothing will turn a guy off faster than a girl who complains that he never does what she wants to do, but who has no interest in the things he likes!
You have to learn to like sports, or cars, or whatever, or at least fake it really well. It'll pay off. If you do the things he likes, he should reciprocate, unless he's a jerk! In that case, you should dump him.
Trust me. I didn't get to be one of the most popular girls in my school just because I was pretty, and I certainly didn't get there by being "easy." I did it by being fun, as in doing what the guys liked to do! It works!
